Design Focus- Plan development, max function/flexibility, long term interest, daylight/lighting/transparency and shadow details, finish surface composition and detailing, constructability and maintain- the end goal is to provide a rich set of daily experiences.

Design scope- ranges from facade replacement with rainscreen systems to focused interior work such as new, open combined living/ dining/kitchen/outdoor spaces, total townhouse and apartment renovations and new building construction; often Projects include new rear extensions, additional floors, and roof decks. The architectural results are a combination of functionality, inovative details, green construction and early-in-the-design-process budget coordination.

Professional Services- feasibility and site selection thru design and construction completion; preparation of Condomiium Reports, Agency coordination, Consultant coordination. I work with a consnstent team of Engineers, Consultants, Contractors and suppliers.
